Funding, recruitment, sustainability, leadership, international development – there are many burning issues affecting the management of arts organisations and festivals today. As a professional in the field, what is your best way to engage with them? How can you guide an arts organisation into a successful future in such uncertain times? These single modules will deepen your understanding of modern arts management and equip you with some very useful contemporary skills.

On completion of one module, you may also be interested in progressing to the PgCert Arts Management or MA Arts, Festival and Cultural Management.

CPD students also benefit from the full range of books, journals and other resources available in QMU’s Learning Resource Centre. Many of these are available online. You can also call on QMU’s student support services.
